124 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education the present position regarding a club (details supplied) in County Mayo which was granted £5,000 six months ago from the national lottery fund, but which has to date received no such funding; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2510/95]

Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach)

A grant of £5,000 was allocated to the club in question in August 1994 under my Department's recreational facilities scheme. Payment of this grant will be made on receipt of documentation required under the conditions of the scheme which has been requested from the club in the question.
