209 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will award the higher rate of FDS grant to a person (details supplied) in Kilkenny who was originally approved for the lower rate of grant of 25 per cent but where the majority of the work has been carried out since the higher rate of grant of 40 per cent was introduced. As the approval in this case was issued before the introduction of the schemes of investment aid for up-grading of on-farm dairying facilities it does not qualify for the higher rate of grant available under that scheme.
