171 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, arising from her reply to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 14, 24, 35, 63, 67 and 70 on 8 February 1995, if she will recommend that the report of the Garda investigation into the 1974 Dublin and Monaghan bombings be referred to the Select Committee on Legislation and Security. It is not proposed to refer the Garda report in question to the Select Committee on Legislation and Security. The report is a confidential Garda document which forms part of the Garda investigation file into the 1974 bombing outrages. As indicated in my reply of 8 February, it is my intention, however, to issue a statement on the investigation.
