202 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a person (details supplied) in County Cork has applied to the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal for an additional milk quota; and, if so, when the tribunal will be in a position to adjudicate on this application.[3012/95]

There is no record in my Department of an application by the person named for an additional milk quota. Forms are available for applications on grounds of hardship to the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal. I have arranged for a form to be issued in this case.
