It should be noted that in 30 of the 41 cases the commonage has already been divided on the ground and the owners are in occupation of their defined plots but for various reasons the division of the commonage has not yet been registered in the Land Registry. These include all of the applications up to 1991, three in 1992, eight in 1993 and four in 1994.
