Defamation Bill, 1995: Order for Second Stage.
Bill entitled an Act to provide for civil and criminal liability in respect of defamation, to provide in accordance with the common good protection for the good name of persons and for the free expression of convictions and opinions and the rightful liberties of organs of public opinion, to amend the law relating to contempt of court, to amend the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Acts, 1921 and 1979, and to provide for matters connected with the aforesaid matters.
