Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) (No. 2) Bill, 1995: First Stage.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the anonymity of complainants in cases of unlawful carnal knowledge and to amend the Punishment of Incest Act, 1908.
