Vol. 450 No. 1

Written Answers. - Representations to British Authorities.

Ray Burke

Question:

58 Mr. R. Burke asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will make representations to the British authorities through the Anglo-Irish Secretariat on a complaint from a person (details supplied) in west Belfast giving details of police harassment and intimidation; and if he will communicate the response, if any, to Deputy Ray Burke. [4738/95]

I have raised the allegations of ill-treatment supplied by the Deputy with the British Government through the framework of the Anglo-Irish Secretariat. I will contact the Deputy when a response has been received.
