I refer to my reply to Question No. 84 of 7 March 1995, concerning High Court proceedings taken in respect of the Dublin County Council (southern cross route) motorway scheme, 1991. Subject to determination of these proceedings, decisions in relation to funding for the project and its commencement will be matters for the National Roads Authority.
