Court statistics are compiled on the basis of the legal year which runs from August to July.
The number of decrees of judicial separation granted by the High Court and the Circuit Court in the 1993/1994 legal year was 21 and 988, respectively.
Court statistics are not maintained in such form as would indicate the number, if any, of attachment orders made arising from or in association with the granting of decrees of judicial separation.
