It is proposed to take No. 1 at 3.50 p.m.
It is also proposed, Notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that: 1. The Sitting shall not be suspended at 1.30 p.m.; and 2. Private Members' Business shall be No. 19 and the following arrangements shall apply: (i) the proceedings shall commence now for 90 minutes at the end of which the sitting shall be suspended until 2.30 p.m.; and (ii) the proceedings shall be resumed at 7.00 p.m. and shall be brought to a conclusion at 8.30 p.m. this evening.
