I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for the payment to the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications of such considerations and such fees as the Minister may, with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, determine under any Act of the present session to provide for the amendment and extension of the Minerals Development Acts 1940 to 1979.
