Stock Exchange Fees: Motion.

I move:

That, for the purpose of any Act of the present session relating to stock exchanges and their member firms, it is expedient to make provision for—

(i) the fixing by the Minister for Finance of the fee to be paid by a proposed stock exchange or an approved stock exchange in respect of an appeal to the Minister against a decision by the Central Bank of Ireland.

(ii) the fixing by the Minister for Finance of the fee to be paid to the Central Bank of Ireland by an approved stock exchange or member firm supervised by the Central Bank, and

the disposal of such fees.
