59 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance when his Department will be taking over the lease of a premises (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the owner has had to turn down a number of potential tenants. [8981/95]
The Commissioners of Public Works are seeking premises for the Department of Social Welfare at the location in question. The Commissioners have inspected a number of premises, including those referred to by the Deputy, and in consultation with the Department of Social Welfare, are considering the various options.
