Vol. 453 No. 3

Written Answers. - School Placement.

Eamon Walsh

Question:

123 Mr. E. Walsh asked the Minister for Education if she will have arrangements made to have a person (details supplied) permitted to participate in second level education in the Tallaght area in view of the fact that he has been without education for 11 months and in order to enable him to acquire much-needed skills to survive in this world, that a place be found as soon as possible; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [9198/95]

My Department is investigating the case referred to by the Deputy with a view to having the student placed in a school in his locality. I will advise the Deputy of developments in due course.
