Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 20 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Ned O'Keeffe — the need to encourage small business to develop and expand employment; (2) Éamon O Cuív — an gá atá ann go bhfágfar an dara múinteoir i Scoil Oileán an Chonic, Leitir Mealláin, Contae na Gaillimhe; (3) Deputy Broughan — the urgent need to address the difficulties faced by An Post consumers, especially pensioners and social welfare recipients, arising from the suspension of staff in An Post headquarters and the Post Office Savings Bank; (4) Deputy Dan Wallace — the need for action to secure the jobs at Sunbeam following the appointment of a liquidator; and the proposals, if any, that are being considered by Forbairt and (5) Deputy Moynihan — the need to give immediate approval for the commencement of work on the development programme of Mallow racecourse, County Cork.

The matters raised by Deputies Ó Cuív, Ned O'Keeffe and Dan Wallace are in order and have been selected for discussion accordingly.
