140 Mr. S. Brennan asked the Minister for Education her views on the application by the Irish Netball Team for a grant to allow it fully participate in the Ninth World Netball Championships in Birmingham in July 1995; and if she will confirm the allocation of a grant in order that it can adequately prepare for the event. A request for the provision of financial support to assist towards the cost of the team in question's participation in the World Netball Championships has been received and is being considered by the Minister of State at my Department. A final decision on the matter has not yet been made.
