It was promised that the Credit Union Bill would be taken prior to the summer recess. Will the Taoiseach indicate when it is likely to be introduced?

I expect that the Credit Union Bill will be ready for Government some time during the summer and will be available to the House in the autumn.
We were told it would be introduced prior to the summer recess.
