Question:

71 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Finance if he will intervene with the State Laboratory in order to expedite the results of blood tests taken at an autopsy (details supplied) in County Cork which are delaying the issuing of a death certificate. [10311/95]

I am advised that a report in this case has been issued by the State Laboratory on foot of the initial request by the coroner. A further report, dealing with a supplementary request received from the coroner at a later date, will issue shortly.
