106 Mr. E. Ryan asked the Minister for Health the discussions, if any, his Department has had with the relevant bodies to bag and reduce hospital waste. [10653/95]

Limerick East): My Department has had a number of discussions with the health boards and major voluntary hospitals in the context of considering the Department's policy document on the management of waste in the health services. These discussions covered all aspects of the policy, including reduction and bagging of waste.
