Question:184 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will reconsider an application for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick under the milk quota restructuring subsidy. [11290/95]

Eligibility for subsidy towards the purchase of restructured quota under the 1994 restructuring scheme was determined on the basis of criteria set down by the EU Commission. Unfortunately the person named did not satisfy these criteria in full. It is not possible, therefore, to accept the application.
