119 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite registration of lands (details supplied) in County Mayo by the Land Registry in view of the fact that this has been an ongoing problem and is causing this person hardship. [11897/95]
I am informed by the registrar of titles that an application for a full copy map of Folio 30786 was received in the Land Registry on 11 April 1995. To enable the map to be prepared it was necessary to issue queries to the applicant's solicitors on 20 April 1995. The replies to the queries were received on 3 May 1995 and I understand that the Land Registry hopes to be in a position to issue the map in the next week.
