103 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Education if adult education organisers employed by vocational education committees can avail of any offer on early retirement made to teachers employed by vocational education committees. [12235/95]
Adult education organisers are employed by vocational education committees to organise and promote adult education in their areas. They are not employed as teachers.
Negotiations with the teacher unions on early retirement have been in relation to teachers only. Therefore, any agreement reached would apply to teachers only.
