I propose to take Questions Nos. 61, 68, 76 and 90 together.
I have received representations in relation to the proprietary system mentioned and also in relation to another such system. The National Standards Authority of Ireland has, after extensive technical evaluation and after consultation with my Department, published a recommendation (S.R.6:1991) giving advice on the use and siting of septic tank and percolation systems, including steps to be taken in difficult ground conditions and the possible use of proprietary systems.
