Vol. 456 No. 5

Written Answers. - Alleged Surveillance Reports.

Seamus Brennan

Question:

102 Mr. S. Brennan asked the Minister for Justice when her attention was first drawn to the alleged surveillance of the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications; when her attention was first drawn to the alleged surveillance of two CIE officials; the action, if any, taken on foot of both reports of alleged surveillance; the action if any, taken by the Garda; and if it has been established that there was surveillance of the Minister or the CIE officials. [14239/95]

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 22 from Deputy Mary Harney on 3 October 1995.
