71 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Justice the current position regarding the prosecution of a journalist (details supplied) arising out of the publication by Independent Newspapers of a document which showed that the Garda had knowledge of the Brinks Allied robbery; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
