159 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if his Department has considered an application for additional milk quota under various schemes operated by his Department from a person (details supplied) in County Cork who had embarked on a farm development plan in 1993, when the milk quota was introduced; the outcome of any such application; and if he will forward to this person an application form for consideration for additional quota from the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal. The person named was successful in his application in 1994-95 for additional milk quota under a special scheme for producers who lost their priority status following changes in the EU rules governing "flexi-milk".

An application form for the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal has also been issued in this case.
