My colleague in the Department of the Marine, Deputy Eamon Gilmore, and I dealt comprehensively with this issue in replying to a number of questions in the House on 17 October 1995. I have nothing further to add by way of further information at this stage but as already indicated we are following the matter up with our UK and EU colleagues.
