Question:

61 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice the number of applications made in each year from 1990 for barring orders; the number which were granted; and the number of those granted that were subsequently lifted in each year since 1990. [17098/95]

The number of applications made for barring orders in the District Court each year from 1990 and the number of barring orders granted in the same period is as follows:
