62 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if she will request the gardaí to respond effectively to the plight of a parish committee (details supplied) in Dublin 8; and the action, if any, that can be taken to deal with the problem. [17103/95]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that, following action taken by local gardaí, the incidence of stone throwing has been greatly reduced. The matter continues to receive ongoing attention.
