148 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Justice if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the court case brought against her Department by the Drogheda Bar Association regarding the provision of a courthouse has been withdrawn; when she will sanction the provision of a new courthouse; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I have been informed by the Chief State Solicitor's office who are acting as the Department's legal representative that no application has been made to date by the plaintiffs, to the High Court to have this case withdrawn.
