I understand that the question is seeking to elicit ministerial views on any international developments which may impact on the supply of oil-based raw materials used by Irish manufacturers.
This would appear to be relevant, primarily, to the Ministers for Enterprise and Employment and Transport, Energy and Communications and the Deputy may wish to put down more specific questions to those Ministers.
