Form ER 83 is a pre-test declaration of non-headage suckler cows in clear dairy herds, and is used for the determination of milk yield-related reactor grants. The availability of the form was widely advertised when introduced in 1994 and is currently being circulated to all herdowners as part of an advice package on herd health protection.
