Question:

64 Miss M. Wallace asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs the number of people with disabilities working in his Department; and the percentage of employees in his Department represented by this number. [17183/95]

A total of 732 permanent staff are employed in the Department of Foreign Affairs, 21 of whom have disabilities. This represents 2.87 per cent of the workforce. A total of 22 permanent staff are employed in the Office of the Tánaiste, none of whom have disabilities.
