108 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for the Environment the progress, if any, made in advancing projects for the provision of water schemes in Trim, Navan, Ashbourne, Dunboyne, Dunshaughlin and sewerage schemes in Trim, Navan, Ashbourne, Dunboyne and Dunshaughlin, County Meath. [17621/95]

Water Scheme proposals: Present position

Trim

approved to go to construction.

Navan

revised proposals for East Meath regional water supply scheme requested by Department.

Ashbourne Dunshaughlin

revised preliminary report submitted by local authority and under consideration by Department.

Dunboyne

revised proposals being considered by local authority.

Sewerage Scheme proposals: Present position

Trim

preliminary report approved by Department, September 1995.

Navan

Site investigations in progress.

Ashbourne

preleminary report approved September 1995.

Dunboyne

preliminary report approved September 1995.

Dunshaughlin

proposals form part of Stage II of River Boyne Catchment Protection Scheme for which Cohesion Fund application is pending.
