79 Mr. Browne (Wexford) asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if he will consider having restoration work carried out, in conjunction with the local community, in a graveyard (details supplied) in County Wexford, which is of great historic interest. [17962/95]

The graveyard in question is in the care of the local authority, Wexford County Council. The National Monuments and Historic Properties Service has no authority to carry out restoration works on properties for which it does not have responsibility.
