80 Mr. Kenneally asked the Minister for the Environment if he will have arrangements made to expedite payment of a first-time buyer's grant in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17940/95]

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named at the address given. There was, however, an application last September from a person of the same name with a slightly different address; in that case, the grant has been paid.
