Question:375 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to finalise an application for first registration by a person (details supplied) in County Waterford. [19168/95]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application for first registration was lodged on 21 April 1995. The Land Registry issued queries to the applicant's solicitors on 21 December 1995 to which a reply is awaited. Registration of title cannot proceed until these queries are fully dealt with.
