383 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons charged with possession of heroin with intent to supply during 1995 in the area covered by the Divisional Drug Unit based at Store Street, Dublin 1. [19312/96]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the information requested is not yet available for 1995.

In 1994 35 persons were charged with supplying heroin in the area covered by the divisional drugs unit based at Store Street Garda station.
