401 Mr. Davern asked the Minister for Justice the total number of offences brought before the Courts in the Tipperary Garda Division in 1995; the breakdown in each Garda district; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [1051/96]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the information requested for 1995 is not yet available. In the circumstances, I propose to give the information for 1994 and this is set out in the table below:
