402 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to have a dealing (details supplied) in County Kilkenny expedited in view of the fact that approval of an agricultural grant depends on this dealing being finalised. [1052/96]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application is a transfer of Part of Folio 4774 County Kilkenny which was lodged on 6 October 1995. It is expected that this dealing will be completed within one week.
