451 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice if the application for first registration for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick can now be finalised in view of the fact that all details have been supplied by the applicants; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [1410/96]
I refer the Deputy to my answer to his previous question in relation to this application (No. 141 of 12 December 1995).
The present status of the application is that further queries were issued from the Land Registry on 10 January 1996 to the applicant's solicitors and a reply is awaited. Registration of the applicant's title cannot proceed until all outstanding queries have been resolved.
