Set out hereunder is a comprehensive list of the bodies which operate under the aegis of my Department. The Deputy should understand that there are varying levels of control which my Department exercises over these bodies. They are Forfás, Forbairt, IDA Ireland, SFADCo, Foras Áiseanna Saothair, FÁS International Consulting Limited, Health and Safety Authority, Crafts Council of Ireland, Irish Steel Limited, Irish Productivity Centre, Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta, Labour Court, Labour Relations Commission, Employment Appeals Tribunal, county enterprise boards, Competition Authority, Patents Office, Office of the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Office of the Director of Consumer Affairs. The Companies Registration Office has not been included because it comes under the direct control of my Department.
