Supplementary Treaty to the Energy Charter Treaty

The Energy Charter Conference, Brussels.

Bilateral Agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of Denmark on the reciprocol holding of stocks of crude oil and petroleum products against the emergency oil stock reserves of both countries.

The Danish Energy Agency, Copenhagen.

The Eurocontrol International Convention relating to Co-operation for the Safety of Air Navigation of 13 December 1960, as amended by Protocol of 12 February 1981, and to which Ireland is a signatory, is currently being revised. it is not clear, as yet, when the final draft text of the amended Convention will emerge.

The European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation, Brussels.

The Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) of Europe are currently drafting a Convention to replace existing JAA arrangements which govern the JAA. Ireland is a signatory to the existing Arrangements. It is not clear when a final draft text of the Convention will emerge.
