Retrospective equal treatment payments are made to married women who were receiving certain social welfare payments during the period December 1984 to November 1986.
According to the records of the Department the person concerned was not receiving a social welfare payment during the relevant period. Consequently she is not entitled to retrospective equal treatment payments.
