168 Mr. O'Dea asked the Minister for Justice the number of Garda Síochána that have been dismissed from the force under regulation 40 of the Garda Síochána Disciplinary Regulations, 1989 for criminal conduct and common assault.[2284/96]
The following table indicates the number of gardaí who have been dismissed from the force under regulation 40 of the Garda Síochána (Disciplinary) Regulations, 1989, arising out of convictions for criminal conduct and assault.
