49 Mr. D. Wallace asked the Minister for Finance the total cost of computer hardware purchased by Government Departments during 1995; the ten leading manufacturers; and their relevant sales. [2593/96]
Under the administrative budget arrangements each Department is responsible for its expenditure on computers and related purchases. I am not, therefore, in a position to supply the details sought by the Deputy for Departments other than my own. The details for other Departments may be requested from the relevant Ministers.
