98 Mr. Flood asked the Minister for the Environment whether he has received an application for funding from South Dublin County Council for the funding of the Cookstown-Old Bawn Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3486/96]

On foot of an application from South Dublin County Council for the Cookstown-Tallaght Town Centre project, I have allocated a grant of £925,000 to the Council under the EU co-financed grants scheme.
