127 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite the registration of lands (details supplied) in the Land Registry in view of the fact that the delay is causing problems with the mortgage and subsequently the building of a new house. [3402/96]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application for transfer was lodged on 7 March 1995. The Land Registry issued queries to the applicant's solicitors on 12 April 1995 to which a reply is still awaited. The dealing will be expedited when the reply is received.
