Vol. 461 No. 7

Written Answers. - Pupil Assessment.

Michael Ring

Question:

216 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education the reason no official from her Department has called to assess two national school children (details supplied) in County Mayo. [3780/96]

I am pleased to advise the Deputy that the two pupils in question were assessed by a member of my Department's primary inspectorate in December 1995.

As a result of this assessment, radio aids have been sanctioned for both children.
